About Us –ALEF ALEF BEIT TOCHNA LTD is one of the oldest website companies in Israel.
By using the website, you accept the Terms of Use.
The Terms of Use are written in masculine firn, but are intended for women as well.
Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to publish in the system the following types of content:
Sexual content
Defamation
Threats
Content that promotes felonies or constitutes a felony.
Content that may constitute an invasion of privacy
Offensive content
Content that violates intellectual property rights
Content containing of any kind computer virus.
The Provider may refuse to publish or unpublish content it believes violates the Terms Use of and/or may cause damage to the system and/or any third party; and it is entitled delete such content at any time.
The Provider shall not be liable in any way for the content in the system or any end device it appears in, including its credibility, accuracy or effect on the users’ computers; nor shall the Provider be liable for any inconvenience, loss or anguish caused directly or indirectly to you, your property or any third party due to the use of these contents.
The content that you upload is accessible to all users on the system. The Provider will not be liable for any damage caused to you (or anyone on your behalf) or your property following the publication of your content.
Copyrights in the Provider’s system
All copyrights and intellectual property in the system’s design and any software, app, computer code, graphic file, text and any other material contained therein – are the Provider’s exclusive property. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publicly display or provide any third party with the aforementioned material without the Provider’s prior written consent. The website trademarks are the exclusive property of the Provider - or if published on behalf of advertisers, the exclusive property of those advertisers. It is prohibited to make any use of them without their prior written consent.
As part of the website design, the Provider will present to the customer various images on their website. The customer may keep these images on their website only and is not permitted to sell/copy and/or duplicate the images elsewhere on the network.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider alone may decide whether to add, modify, or remove system tools and features, and may do so at any time.
The Provider may shut down the system and occasionally modify its structure, appearance, and the availability of its services and content, without prior notice. The customer shall have no claims or demands against the Provider in this regard.
The Provider cannot guarantee that the service provided by the system and server will run continuously without malfunction or disruption and/or be immune to illegal access to the Provider’s computers; to damages, malfunctions, or failures in the hardware, software, or communication lines of the Provider or any of its suppliers; or not be damaged for other reasons. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, mental anguish, and so on, caused to you or your property as a result. However, the Provider hereby declares that it will make every effort to keep the service uninterrupted.
The information you choose to publish on the system will be accessible to all Internet users and perhaps to additional databases. Act cautiously and wisely when providing your personal information (such as address or telephone number) and responding to messages you receive after using the system or publishing any of your information. Remember: be vigilant when you provide information or respond to messages, at least with the same degree of caution you apply when making contact with peopleoffline.
Sales on the website - Virtual Stores
The Provider is not liable for user information, including personal and credit card information. The Provider does not save credit card numbers on the system, and is not responsible for payments related to the sale and purchase of items from the customer. The Provider shall bear no responsibility for financial matters, not towards the storeowner nor the buyers or any third parties with respect to the virtual stores.
The Provider is not liable for the clearing activity of third-party companies such as Paypal, Z-Credit, etc. The customer is exclusively responsible for any transaction with these companies, including charging payments from buyers. The Provider is not liable for the operations of these companies.
The Provider shall not be a party to any transaction between the store owners and the final consumer, and shall bear no responsibility for any charges/credits/ deliveries/delays.
The storeowner acknowledges that the Provider provides tools for operating the virtual store but bears no responsibility for its operations.
Privacy
During use, the system may collect information regarding your habits, products, and services you purchased or sought to sell; information or ads you read, pages you viewed, offers and services that interested you, your payment methods, and more. Any use of this information shall be done only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Provider will avoid, as much as possible, providing your personal information to third parties unless required by court order or facing a threat of legal action (criminal or civil) for your activity in the system. In such cases, the Provider may submit your information to the party claiming to be harmed by you or in accordance with the court order.
The Provider may use your information to improve the services offered by the system, and contact you for the purpose of adjusting the system to your needs and preferences.
Security
The Provider shall not be liable for any information deleted from the system or malicious hacks. Be sure to change the password as often as possible, at least once every three months. Be mindful of who you appoint as admins in your system.
Some of the tools in the system allow blocking some or all users from certain information or pages. The Provider cannot guarantee that this information will be hermetically blocked and impregnable without proper permission. It is recommended not to upload important or confidential information. The Provider cannot guarantee its security in the system.
Backups
The Provider shall not be responsible for backing up the customer’s system. The customer is responsible for making a copy of any material uploaded to the system. The Provider will make every effort to save the information and material in the customer’s system, including backups, but shall not be held liable for it.
Trial Period
The Provider grants you permission to use the system and store your website on its server for the announced trial period or those announced from time to time. After trying out the system during this period, you can decide whether or not to continue using it and pay for a monthly subscription.
The Provider may delete from the system any information related to it, if and when the customer fails to complete the payment until the end of this period.
The Provider may change at any time the number of trial days offered to potential customers.
The Provider may send you emails.
Payment Policy
The website will be published online only once the subscription is complete and the monthly payment is received.
Payment shall be made by credit card.
Invoices will be sent to subscribers via email after each payment.
For Israeli customers all payments are to be made in Israeli currency - NIS.
Ceasing website activity on the system
Customers who want to unsubscribe from our services during a certain month, for which the monthly fee has already been paid, may do so, though they will not be entitled to a refund of from the Provider for the unused part of the month.
In the case of promotions, customers may unsubscribe as long as they pay the difference for the full original price (without discount) by the end of the month when the contract is terminated.
Deactivating website
Subscribers interested in deactivatingthe website may do so, but this does not terminate the subscription or cancel its fees. To stop any future billing, the customer must unsubscribe, not just deactivate.
End users on your website
The term "End User" refers to the any user who visits your site on the system (no matter what device they use to visit it).
The Provider shall not be liable for any dispute between you and the end user and will not intervene in your relationship under any circumstance.
All the system’s Terms of Use apply to website visitors as well, and the customers are required to inform them about it, or else be held liable.
Acquisition and management of domain name
The Provider is not responsible for individual domain names. Although it allows customers to create a private domain address, renew it, and provide links to it and anything related to it, the Provider is not responsible for managing it. Make sure to renew your domain name on time.
Email marketing - (SPAM)
It is prohibited to use any of folyou’s services for sending or receiving spam.
Links on the website
The Provider may insert in your site a link to the supplier’s website wherever it sees fit. The Provider is not obliged to remove this link and may change its design and address at any time.
Design Templates
It is hereby reiterated that all copyrights related to any template and/or image and/or object in the system belong exclusively to the Provider.

Changes to the Terms of Use
The Provider may change these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice.
The Provider will announce the new terms, taking effect immediately.
General
The above Terms of Use supplement and, in any case of conflict, supersede any other instructions found in the system.
Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in immediate deactivation of the customer's system without prior notice.
The Provider may delete all or some of the systems of customers who violate its Terms of Use.
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Israel.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in any case and for whatever reason, the Tel Aviv Court shall have sole jurisdiction over any legal proceeding.
